Community Appointment Day

Making Connections was invited by HSE Churchtown Primary Care Centre to attend their Community Appointment day for older people on October 8^th.

The event brought together community organisations that support older people to age well, and gave older people an opportunity to explore the supports available to them.

It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the HSE and other organisations and to hear first-hand from older people in our community.
